  After not getting my drive-thru order right, they also neglected to include my drink. Since it is on a very busy highway, I could not turn back and get my Diet Coke. When I called Sandy S. she Was completely unhelpful and nasty about the entire situation. She started out with a rehearsed apology and from there became nasty when I insisted on having my credit card credited for the missing soda. She offered no solution .

  Horrible!! Went through drive thru and was told to pull up bcuz there's a wait for hot fries...mind you no one was in line! Place was empty another reason why we should have never went there. So the fries come out warm. So now we wondering what the wait was for. Not to mention the order was wrong. Didn't feel comfortable at this point because now we're think the extra time needed was to spit on our order or do something to it! So we went with out gut and took the food back and got a refund they won't have to worry about is again! Stay clear of this place.
